The fluoride ion in the water sample reacts with the fluorine reagent and lanthanum nitrate in the acetate buffer solution to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the color change and converts the change into the fluoride ion value to output. The amount of colored complex produced corresponds to the amount of fluoride ion.
The fluoride online analyzer is an instrument for monitoring the concentration of fluoride in drinking water and surface water.
