---|---|
High performance
The instrument has high resolution, wide wavelength range and low detection limit, which is suitable for ultra-low emission monitoring and emergency
The whole sample gas is accompanied by heat without condensation, which avoids the loss of gas composition in the detection process and ensures the high accuracy of the result
Full spectrum absorption spectra can be obtained by rapid scanning, and qualitative and quantitative analysis can be completed within 20 seconds
High reliability
A wider range of temperature and humidity to ensure normal use on site
High integration
The instrument is compact, reliable and portable, suitable for field use
The instrument has built-in sampling system to realize automatic temperature control, remote control and chain protection
With its own GPS positioning system, the data collection point information is automatically recorded, and the data can be traced
High interactivity
The instrument has a visual touch screen system
Internal integrated WIFI module, wireless communication can connect to the computer for interaction
The EXPEC 1680 portable fourier infrared analyzer is based on the fact that different gases have different absorption characteristics within the infrared spectral range. By adopting the principle of the Fourier infrared spectroscopy and multiple resolution correction methods, it can be used to measure gases qualitatively and quantitatively. It meets the requirements of standard regulations such as Ambient Air — Emergency Monitoring Method for Inorganic Hazardous Gas — Portable Fourier Infrared Spectrometer Method (HJ 920-2017) and Ambient Air — Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds — Portable Fourier Infrared Spectrometer Method (HJ 919-2017). Factor monitoring: It can monitor more than 50 types of organic and inorganic gases, including NH3, HF, HCl, formaldehyde, propane, ethylene, propylene, acetylene, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and styrene.
Pollution source monitoring
It can detect hazardous wastes/the flue gas emission from refuse incineration, and monitor HCl, HF and other factors.
It can fulfill the detection of the ultra-low emission from the power plant, steel, cement and other industries, and can simultaneously monitor SO2, NOx, CO, CO2 and other factors.
It can monitor the ammonia escape from SCR and SNCR systems, and can monitor the NH3 concentration before and after treatment process points.
Emergency monitoring
Through specific accessories, the modes including the portable and vehicle-mounted modes can be realized to conduct on-site emergency monitoring.
It can quantitatively monitor SO2, NOx (NO, NO2 and N2O), HCl, HF, NH3, CO, CO2, O2 (zirconia), H2O and other inorganic gases. It can also quantitatively monitor methane, ethane, propane, ethylene, propylene, acetylene, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, formaldehyde, formic acid and other organic gases, and can also quickly screen dozens of toxic and harmful gases, fulfilling qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis.
