The PLM system ensures that powder solids are uniformly optimized, wetted, dispersed, mixed and emulsified in an instant.
The system produces a vacuum powder, online guide to liquid flow, and high shear rotor moment for uniform dispersion, reduced dust pollution, and high mixing efficiency. Avoids agglomeration production characteristics. Suitable for production in large quantities.
Principle: the high speed rotor generates a vacuum that quickly sucks powder into the working chamber, to be evenly distributed into the fast liquid stream. Since the powder is instantly and completely absorbed into the liquid at the outset, the mixture remains free of lumps with no skinning to the shaft or interior wall of the container. The PLM system dramatically enhances product quality without need for the auxiliary environmental protection devices necessary for traditional processes.
